During the month of September, we will be discussing "Stamped from the Beginning: A Graphic History of Racist Ideas in America." This stunningly illustrated graphic-novel adaptation explores, with vivid clarity and dimensionality, the living history of America, and how we can learn from the past to work toward a more equitable future.
To facilitate discussion, we have scheduled two opportunities for small group discussions this month: Wednesday September 10th at 6 pm and Tuesday September 16th at 3:30 pm. We have extra copies of Stamped which participants can sign out at the front desk. Please register for the discussion of your choice here on our events calendar: come to one or both! If you have any questions, please email Julia.
Please join us in thoughtful, meaningful and impactful conversations on a difficult but important topic.
