The world of technology changes rapidly and it can be hard to keep up, especially with what kids are up to on the internet! We're excited to offer this program in partnership with the Children's Advocacy Center of Hampshire County to support caregivers and their teens or tweens in making good choices on-line.

What to expect: Adults will meet in the community room with one presenter where they will learn how to identify the risks to youth in a digital environment, how to implement protective factors and organizational polices to decrease these risks, and how to keep open communication with your child using the internet.

Tweens & Teens (ages 8+) will meet in the Teen Room with another presenter where they will talk about maintaining boundaries, understanding consensual and nonconsensual interactions, how peer pressure impacts these boundaries, and how to identify a trusted adult they can talk to when they have questions or concerns.
